What happens

A numbing cream goes on first. The laser then passes over the area in short pulses that feel warm and prickly, never sharp.

Resurfacing works through a series, usually three to five sessions a month apart. We plan the number with you at the consultation.

After your visit

Your skin will look sunburnt for a day or two. Avoid heat, exercise and actives for 48 hours. Daily SPF is not optional during a laser series.
